At Advyzon we prioritize customer service and continuous improvement, giving you all of the tools that you need to succeed.

As your needs evolve, so does Advyzon. We support firms of all sizes, so you can be assured that you won’t need to change software just because you are growing. Advyzon was built to be flexible, not to force you into operating in a way that matches the software. Within Advyzon, you have the power to control access by individual users or share account information across your entire firm. Our team of relationship managers are ready to help at any time, whether you are creating a new user, opening new accounts, looking for additional reporting, or there is an issue with your software you can reach out by phone, email, or within the app itself and get help immediately.
The Advyzon platform and each of its components is constantly updated through our iterative development process. We start with industry research, user requests and customer feedback, then move into detailed specs, coding, rigorous testing, and release. We keep our technology sleek and easy to use for both advisors and their clients, but true to our roots, we take the time to properly vet new features and updates before launching them to our users because we believe our product should be as reliable as our service.

1,000 client milestone is reached!
Report Builder 2.0 is built from the ground up to enhance aesthetics, add new capabilities, and lend to ease of use. As always, user feedback played a key role in its success. Quantum Rebalancer® Rebalancing beta testing begins and carries through the balance of the year. Adding to the external recognition, Advyzon makes the Inc. 5000 list of “America’s Fastest Growing Companies”. Advyzon wins 4th straight highest client satisfaction rating in All-in-One Platform in T3’s Annual Software Survey and makes the “Best Places to work in Fintech” list for the 3rd straight year.
2020

The next level
Not only did Advyzon grow in 2020, we created a new focus on helping our advisors grow. Advyzon Growth Suite put different tools intended to help advisors expand their firms into one place. We also added new compliance features to our document storage and partnered with Advisor Peak to give clients access to their rebalancing technology.
2019

The milestone
Just five years after going live, Advyzon hits 500 clients. And they’re satisfied clients, too. We won top marks for All-in-One Platform in the T3 survey. Perhaps it was due to the launch of Advyzon 2, which overhauled our design and gave advisors access to customizable dashboards. We also launched partnerships with Charles Schwab and Riskalyze. It’s no surprise that with all this action we were named one of the best places to work in fintech by T3.
2018

The award
Advyzon wins a prestigious T3 award for the first time. In fact, we won in two categories: All-in-One Platform and Portfolio Management. We didn’t let the wins go to our heads, though, and continued to make the product better. We enhanced our reporting capabilities by adding new tools and GIPS compliance, and we added integrations with Right Capital and Fi360.
2017

The dashboard
We doubled down on the advisor experience in 2017, launching our first professionally designed website as well as the Advisor Dashboard for clients. Advisors gained new insights into their practices via business intelligence and performance widgets. We also launched our first planning integration with MoneyGuidePro and partnered with Kwanti on portfolio models and analytics.
2016

The office
Advyzon opens its first brick and mortar office in the heart of Chicago. 2016 was about more than just real estate, though. We announced an integration with Laser App, and Bob Veres shared a comprehensive review of our technology with advisors, calling us a “true all-in-one platform.”
2015

The growth
Advyzon switches into growth mode via key partnerships and key hires. Not only did we integrate with Office365 to give advisors a seamless (and revolutionary) experience syncing email, we won TD Ameritrade’s Veo Newcomer of the Year award.
2014

The launch
Advyzon intentionally went live under the radar, focusing more on clients and onboarding than media fanfare. Still, we didn’t go unnoticed. Advyzon sponsored its first conference and respected industry insider Joel Bruckenstein penned the first review of the technology calling it a rare success story.
2013

The foundation
Advyzon launches beta testing with a select group of firms. From the beginning, Advyzon focused on quality, making sure everything worked powerfully before taking the technology to market.
2012

The start
Hailin Li taps a small group of developers from his past teams to start yHLSoft, Inc — which will go on to become Advyzon. Hailin’s vision was simple: Develop a truly all-in-one platform for advisors that could grow along with them and keep them ahead of the curve.
